Library Building Development & Marketing Committee

The LBDMC regularly meets on the second Tuesday of the month. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7 pm in the Klumpp Meeting Room. The public is welcome to attend. The LBDMC will not meet in March or April due to scheduling conflicts.

Committee Charge

In July 2008 the Library Trustees voted to reconvene a Library Building Development & Marketing Committee. The LBDMC's purpose has four parts:

- To reevaluate space needs,
- To recommend a viable and affordable solution,
- To project operational, infrastructure and staffing costs and
- To develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.

The committee will meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Klumpp meeting room. The public is welcome to attend.
